FOR BOILING:


  • 2or 3 cups of Penne Pasta (250 gms)
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste


FOR VEGETABLES TOPPING:


  • 2 tsp cooking oil/ olive oil 
  • ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 2  onion chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped carrot
  • ¼ cup chopped yellow capsicum 
  • ¼ cup red capsicum
  • ½  tsp black pepper powder
  • ½  tsp Salt


WHITE SAUCE:


  • 4 OR 5  tbsp butter slice
  • 4 tbsp maida
  • 2 or 3 cups of liquid milk
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼  tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 5 tbsp grated cheese (Mozzarella)

Spice:

To add, use shredded Mozzarella(If you want your pasta to be extra cheesy) &  Sprinkle on some red chili flakes.

Instructions :

  • Take a large pot of water to a quick boil & add oil and salt and cook the water generously! 
  • Cook the pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile Prepare the Vegetables topping 
  • While pasta is cooking heat  2 teaspoon oil in a pan over medium flame, Add 2 tsp cooking oil/ olive oil,½ teaspoon chopped garlic,2  onion chopped, ¼ cup chopped carrot,¼ cup chopped yellow & red capsicum ,½  tsp black pepper powder,½  tsp Salt.
  • Stir & cook until veggies are not cooked a little.Cook it for around 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer them to a plate.
  • Now heat  4 or 5  tbsp butter slices in the same pan over medium flame, add chopped  garlic and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.then  Add 4 tbsp maida (flour) and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.Add milk  stirring constantly. Cook until the sauce boils and thickens.Then add ¼ tsp black pepper powder,Add¼  tsp Salt &1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.Add little bit  Oregano & grated cheese (Mozzarella). Mix it properly. Stir until cheese has melted.
  • Add sautéed vegetables & pasta.Turn off the flame & mix well.
  • Now take it to a serving plate.White sauce pasta is now ready. Garnish it with grated cheese and chili flex & serve it while they are still hot.
