Ingredient:

For the Kofta(fishballs):

  • Big Size chitala fish
  • Back Part of chitala fish  around 500 gram
  • Chitol keema take around 450 grams
  • Salt  1/2 or 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder  2 tablespoon
  • cumin powder 2 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste  1 teaspoon
  • Oil for  Fry Fish ball(kofta)

For the Curry:
======================

  • Onion paste 1 medium or Onion slice 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/3th teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1th teaspoon
  • Coconut Milk half Cup (250 g)
  • Green chili 4 - 5 pieces
  • Cinnamon, Cardamom and Bayleaf
  • Onion beresta for Kopta Curry
  • Roasted Cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil for Cooking
