Watermelon Juice Recipe

Watermelon Summer Drink or Indian Street watermelon juice – A healthy refreshing and thirst quenching drink made from fresh watermelon, Milk and Rooh Afza. Watermelon mint drink is best for hot summer days. Not only the watermelon helps in hydrating the body in hot afternoons but also the Rooh Afza - "refresher of the soul" it refreshes the whole body and makes it cool. It is a quick & easy way to prepare these drinks.

INGREDIENTS LIST:

Fresh Watermelons 1 medium
Full cream Milk 1.5 L
Sugar 2/3 Cups
RoohAfza 1/3 cups
Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the watermelon into small size chunks Also cut watermelon into small chunks and keep aside.
Boiled Milk 1.5 L keep it up in refrigerator for 1hrs or Take cool milk
In a mixer bowl take chopped watermelon & RoohAfza 1/3 cups
And Mix it perfectly
Take a serving glass with a few drops of rooh afza as decorated as your choice.
Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
