👇👇👇  Ingredients for easy chicken korma👇👇👇


- Chicken with bones, medium pieces- 1 kg

- Raw milk - 2 cups (for chicken soak)

- Onion sliced and fried golden- 2 medium

- Ghee - 2 tsp

- Onion paste - 2 tsp

- Ginger garlic paste- 3 tsp

- Salt-1tsp

- Cumin powder - 2 tsp

- Cooking  Oil- 4 tbsp

- Water - 1/2 cup

- Boiled liquid Milk - 500 gm


Whole spices:

- Green cardamom- 4

- Cinnamon pieces- 4 to 5 small sticks 

- Cloves- 7

- Peppercorns- 6

- Bay leaf- 2 




Preparation:


- Take 200 gm  raw milk to soak all chicken pieces.

- Then cover it with a plastic wrap  & keep it aside for 60 minutes.

- Take 2 medium size onions. Fry the onions until golden. Remove & cool. 

- boiled 500 gm liquid milk .


Process:


- Take 2 tablespoon Ghee & heat the ghee in a pan . Add onion slices (1 medium size) .

- Fry it 2- 3 minutes & then add sequentially all masala (Onion paste ,Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Cumin powder & Cooking  Oil )

- Keep stirring all masala  on medium heat for around 3-4 mins till the raw smell is gone. 

- Now add the soak chicken pieces & discard those raw milk. Fry on high to medium heat for 5 mins.

- Add half cup water & add the whole garam masalas & bay leaves. Stir till it splutters.

- Now on low flame, add the boiled milk &  powder milk (2 tsp) keep mixing it for around 5 mins till it is cooked. 

- Mix well and cook on low flame for around 10 mins or until the chicken cook well.

- Add the fried onion or beresta & some sugar(as your taste)  mix well & keep flame on low heat for around 2 mins. 

- Remove the heat & add the beresta.

- Serve hot with roti or plain pulao.
