Breakfast which is the day start meal and the most important meal. Thus it is worth eating a healthy one. A good and healthy breakfast in everyday meal provides proper nutrition which is needed for our health. I am writing to provide you a series of healthy breakfast lists which I follow. There are thousands of articles you will find online about the healthy breakfast but I will share with you about the lists which I followed and got good results. There are lots of  yummy and healthy recipes for breakfast that are packed in plenty of great flavors as well as with good nutrition. In part one, I am interested to share the first five new favorite breakfast recipes of mine.

Avocado Toast with Poached Egg: Avocado toast is the first position in my list of healthy breakfast. The most admired healthy breakfast from a healthy breakfast pageant (suppose) is avocado toast. Started with an American favorite food, because of the food trend of California has become the mainstream of healthy breakfast. Overnight Oatmeal with Chia Seed: Who wants a homemade and wholesome morning meal, overnight oats are the perfect healthy breakfast but don't want to add anything extra to morning food routine. There are some tasty and healthy ingredients such as rolled oats and milk are combined in a container. After that, left to chill overnight in the refrigerator. Hopefully, in the morning you will get the oats are getting soft and creamy just like slow-cooked oatmeal. For OMEGA-3s and some other health benefits Chia seeds getting popular and attracted by healthy food lovers. Add it along with a light nutty flavor. With a little maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to add some sweetness and that’s it.


Savory Quinoa Egg Muffins With Spinach: Delicious little egg muffins become more healthy with special texture and flavor, also with lots of great protein and fiber added by Quinoa that are suitable for gluten-free diets and vegetarians. Spinach, melted cheese, and onions are packed to make these healthy breakfast egg muffins which are perfect for a hand-held breakfast or meatless brunch on the go.

Honey Apple Toast Recipe: Honey Apple Toast is simple and super quick healthy breakfast which has the flavors of apple cheesecake. All you need is whole grain bread, part skim ricotta cheese, thinly sliced apple, and a little bit of honey to assemble this scrumptious, open-faced breakfast sandwich treat that includes protein (from the cheese) and vitamins to start your day off right.

English Muffin Fried Egg Breakfast Pizzas: Pizza has never been so nutritious for breakfast. These yummy and cute fried egg breakfast with "pizzas" have plenty of protein which will give you serious energy. The fried eggs are placed a top toasted English muffins that are amped up with a little heart-healthy tomato sauce and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. The whole shebang is then seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, and a dusting of grated Parmesan for a satisfying morning treat.


Jelly Overnight Oats and Peanut Butter: Jelly overnight oats and peanut butters are the perfect combination of delicious sandwich flavors with the most important meal of the day. No cooking is required for this, which makes this a delicious recipe with ease. Protein-rich peanut butter boosts the nutritional value of this breakfast smoothie with healthy oats.
