  • Onions slices - 4pcs
  • Delicious chicken breast recipe!
  • 2 chicken breasts pcs
  • Green & Red Capsicum - 2 pcs
  • Boiled Corn 
  • Spring onion 

  • Boiled Rice(Thai rice)
  • Olive oil for Cooking 


For preparing the chicken breast mixture


  • Add  salt - 1\4  tsp 
  • Cumin Powder -1/4 tsp 
  • Red chili powder -1/4 tsp 
  • Black pepper
  • Kebab sauce(or tomato paste) 
  • Soya sauce 
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons


Instructions


  • Heat oil (Olive) or butter in a pan.
  • Fry onion slices until onion slices sautéed nicely & slightly brown. It will take approximately 5 to 6 minutes. Add a little bit of salt as per your choice. After  5 to 6 minutes,  remove it from the heater and keep it aside.
  • Next we can prepared the most incredible chicken breast mixture 
  • Heat olive oil (a couple tablespoons) in another pan and add chicken breast mixture. By the way, I added ginger and garlic paste with this chicken breast mixture which is missing in the video maybe.
  • Let's fry the chicken breast mixture. After frying for some time, we need to add the sautéed onion slices. 
  • Add a few spicy green chili with this mixture. And fry everything for 60 seconds. Now, it’s ready and remove it from the heater.

For Rice Recipe:

  • Heat a pan and add few drops of olive oil in a pan.
  • Then add sliced green & red bell peppers. Continue to saute for 2-3 minutes or until the bell peppers are cooked. And next add boiled corn to it.
  • Fry everything for a few minutes.
  • Next add some salt. Saute till it turns translucent.
  • Then add the cooked rice. Mix everything properly.
  • Here, I used Thai rice for a better flavor. Any type of rice can also be used for making this recipe.
  • Don't add any masala. Add a little bit of salt with this rice mixture.
  • Mix it all together so that the vegetable coats well with the rice.
  • Then add chopped spring onion and give it a little mix
  • Garnish with chopped spring onion or anything that you prefer. Serve warm along with some authentic Chicken breast recipes. Enjoy your healthy Dish.


NOTE: In Ramadan  I prepared it most of the day in my Iftar meal. And I took some fruits and dates. And the best thing happened to me that I lost around 4 kilos, even though I didn't take any other unhealthy frying foods.
